UNB Takes On UMass Minutemen Tonight

The V-Reds continue their pre-season this evening against UMass-Amherst.  This is the first of 3 games vs some tough NCAA opponents before the regular season starts.

The ReDSea database shows us that UNB and UMass have met a few times in recent years.  Last year's 6-0 obliteration at the hands of the Minutemen is probably fresh in the minds of players and fans, and back in 2006 the V-Reds dropped a more respectable 4-2 decision.

As Eric and David pointed out the other day, the game can be followed on UMass's game tracker, which can be found here.  (Update - As Eric just pointed out in the comments, the Tracker isn't up, so click on the Twitter link).  We're also told we'll be able to follow the games on Twitter again.  Drummer has actually summarized the ways to follow UNB's next few games quite nicely over at the HF Boards.

The game starts at 7PM.

UMass pulled the plug on GameTracker, so Twitter is the only thing left.
