Sad News For the UNB Hockey Family

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Terry Shannon, a long-time V-Reds hockey fan.  Many of you would know him from the Aitken Centre where he and his wife ran the concessions up until a few years ago.

We express our deepest sympathies to the family of Mr. Shannon.

May the Angels carry you home to be with God Terry; you were a good man, and a good friend.

God bless you and your family at this time.

I echo Steve's sentiments. Terry was an avid V-Reds fan who showed his kindness in so many different ways. Truly one of the good guys who'll be deeply missed.

Terry lived and breathed the V-Reds, and went out of his way to make all the players feel at home in Fredericton. Not only that, he was an all round great guy, who would give you the shirt off his back.

He will be sorely missed.
