For the second time in two nights the V-Reds come from behind to win the hockey game, this time by a 4-1 margin vs. the Dalhousie Tigers in Halifax. Scoring for UNB were Hunter Tremblay (short-handed), Chris Culligan, Jordan Clendenning, and John Scott Dickson. Derek Yeomans was in net for the V-Reds and continues to show great form this season, including a timely save on a Dal breakaway early in the game. Shots were 36-22 for UNB.
Hunter Tremblay had a goal and an assist and sits at 51 pts on the season, marking his third consecutive 50 point season for the V-Reds.
The win puts UNB at 26-0 on the season, and ties their 2007-08 record of 26 wins. UNB will attempt to beat their record in the final two games of the regular season next week, back at the AUC.
Capping off the night, a UNB hockey fan won the 50/50 jackpot.

Congrats Hunter... awesome accomplishment.
It also marks John Scott Dickson's 50th regular season career goal!
I'll post a game story later than normal - having a post game meal with family in Halifax.
What's wrong with Gallant? I never heard anything specific...
