UNB@DAL - Saturday, Feb. 6th 7pm

Tonight, the CIS #1 ranked UNB V-Reds (25-0-0) are in Halifax to do battle with the Dalhousie Tigers (8-13-4) at the Dalhousie arena in a game Dalhousie has to see as a must win.

After a sloppy first period, UNB battled back last night to defeat StFX (10-11-4) with a score of 5-3, in a game where three short handed goals were scored, two of which were against UNB. Once again Hunter Tremblay was the game first star as he had 3 points (2G,1A) including the game winner, a short-handed goal! Kyle Bailey also had three points (1G,2A) on the evening.

Dalhousie was not so fortunate last night, falling 5-3 to the UPEI Panthers (12-11-2). Dalhousie finds themselves only two points ahead of a surging UdeM ((8-15-2) who have picked up points in four of their last five games. With the final playoff spot on the line, you can be sure that Dalhousie will come out with everything they have.

The game will be broadcast on CHSR 97.9, webcast on SSNCanada, and can be followed on UNB Hockey on Twitter.
